there’s a darker skinned woman with dreads , yellow teeth . rude as could ever be . cutting me off when i talk slamming the window shut before i could say anything . when all i was trying to say was the bot they use stopped responding after i gave my order and asked for team member. Hopefully she gets fired cause im sure nobody would ever appreciate working with her or having to deal with what i dealt with again
The young guy at the pick up window don't say anything to put the food at the window where water was the bag was wet and he just closed the window without saying anything
I don't know who is making y'all use the ai at your drive thru but the next time I come through I will simply pull to the window and order there. Call me dramatic or whatever but I don't want AI to be EVERYWHERE and possibly get my order wrong. It doesn't feel right. My husband said "don't worry they'll replace the chef in the kitchen next" At least I know there is a REAL person cooking the food so it was good
