If I I could give them 0 stars, I would. VERY poor Customer Service. We went up to the window to order, not drive-thru and we were completely ignored. It’s bad enough that they had a random sign making us think that they weren’t taking cards at all. However, waiting for 5 minutes, they finally acknowledged us, saying, “Oh, we take cards but, on this side” (the drive thru only side). They only acknowledged a Door Dash that was waiting behind us. After that, we waited another 5-6 minutes before we left.
When the drive-through is packed, it is just a little time-consuming for the walk-up window. Outside of that, it was a great experience, and may food was hot, and management compensated me lol for the wait.
Never ordering from here again! Every time I order from this place, I swear the staff doesn't look or even read what I ordered and I'm sick of it! How hard is it to read?!
