Got a burger meal as a late night uber order. Burger was pretty much raw. I tossed it. Super disappointed.
I spend $30 damn dollars tonight I spent 11$ on a big Buford number 1 meal which was suppose to be a double I get home and it’s a single cheeseburger , I’ve called 7 times now and no answer. Yall need to do better and answer the damn phone when yall hear it ringing and I know yall hear it.
Everything was fresh and all. Just wish they would've put marinara in the bag for the mozzarella sticks.
I used to love this Checker's but I hadn't visited in sometime. Their AI ordering assistant got all the details of our order wrong. We wanted all large, grilled chicken sandwich, and a burger without mayonnaise. We got medium, fried chicken, and mayonnaise on the burger. This was not a human's fault, the receipt was incorrect and AI never read our order back to us. The bun was not fresh and the meat was not warm.
