I went to get food nobody took my order I took a look inside a see a person texting instead of working was there a few minutes

The managers are polite here- SOMETIMES I do get a quality burger from here.Chip is one of the managers at this location, when he manages, most of the time the food is very good- the last burger i got this past week, wasn't that good- I was surprised
