Ptetty bad, i ordered some food and showed up at the specified time. They ignored my order and made me wait outside for 30 mins. They didnt care about my showing up they just set my order past 3 or 4 cars that werent even in yhe drive thru yet
Outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile and a positive. attitude. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
What more can I say...just plain nonchalant and rude. There is NO WAY its okay for them to JUST start making an order that was put in online IN ADVANCE OF MY ARRIVAL, 10MIN AFTER IT WAS PLACED. Then when I get there already late, 945 was told in app 947. Order was placed 930-935, I didnt get my food til nearly 10p. Whats the point of placing order in advance if im still having to wait as if I just drove/walked up to order?
