Horrible customer service, they took 20 mins to make 2 sandwiches!!!
I ordered online through the checkers app. When I got to the store they had no idea there was an online order. When they pulled up my order they stated they gave it to someone else and refuses to remake my order. The manager said I needed to go through the app when there is no support option within the app. I called corporate and they said I cannot get a refund until the manager calls me within 3-4 days. And if he doesn't call, then I have to call back from them to eventually process the refund. I will never come to this loc... read more
