Straight trash! So mad I threw the entire order away and went somewhere else smh
Food was excellent. Service was really slow. Had to wait on someone to come through the speaker to take my order. Then I had to wait in the parking lot for almost half an hour on my food for one person.
I don't even leave reviews, but the wait was so long I'm talking an hour. Then I went in line to get a refund and waited another 20 minutes for that. I don't want the store to close, but they need competent leadership and more staff. I just got to the window, the manager says she won't give me a refund but will make the food. I told her to keep the $12.00 and drove off. I didn't want yo be typical and cause a scene. This is ridiculous.
On October 2nd, I was assaulted in the parking lot of the Checkers on Windsor Spring Road in Augusta, GA by two managers who tried to jump me. I reported the incident to both regional management and corporate, but no one has taken responsibility or tried to resolve it. The regional manager stopped answering my calls and ignored messages, and corporate hasn’t responded to my claim numbers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from staff and management alike.
Just one time I would love to enjoy a hot Burger. Pay you a compliment on how cold and crisp the veggies are but that doesn't make up for the patties being cold as well
