I have to say this location has awesome customer service especially Levetta, she is very welcoming and friendly excellent service.
The food was on point but the service not so much. We ordered 2 combos and 1 order of wings and got sent "to the other side" for pick up however there is a pick up drive thru that said for app and online orders only and the parking lot. She wasnt specific on where to wait so we waiting in a parking spot first for what felt like forever then finally pulled into the online drive thru option and waited some more before we finally got our food. At least 4 other cars pulled in, ordered and got their food while we still waited.
This is gonna be biased, but I have been coming to Checkers since I was a little kid, so they automatically get 5 stars from me. Of course like any place, they do mess food up here and there, but I have to say, they have one of least amount of mess ups, especially when you compare them to Wendy's.
