The robot ordering system is garbage it can’t understand you half the time and order is always wrong the employees seem to know this because they seem to get yelled at because of it. no wonder this company struggles to stay in business.
It was very loud as we tried to get our food employees were very unprofessional hooping and hollering with a group of college students and encouraged the hollering rather then politely telling them that they needed to tone it down. Super unprofessional in my opinion. I was beyond ready to leave by the time we received our food. This is not at all the service we usually receive from any restaurant this is what you expect from a dive bar. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location.
I had went around 2pm through the drive thru, and when we had got there was a robot taking our order that was very slow and annoying. The service was pretty nice tho, the servers were nice other than the fact that they shorted us on our food. It’s not in the best area of town, the surroundings looked trashy and throwed away. The food that we had got was actually really nice, it was fresh, had a nice taste and everything.
