I ordered 5 spicy chicken.... the automatic system didn't take order correctly. I had to get back in line to order three spicy chicken sandwiches. The server was great. The food was as always good. It was the automatic system that causes issues.
An hour wait is absolutely ridiculous when other people are getting their food 45 minutes after I ordered my food.
The waiting time is not acceptable. They take too long to give you the food.
