Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with small fries and a small drink. Should've been like $8. Then when I pulled up to the window they handed me a bag that only had mozzarella sticks that I didn't order in it. Then I corrected them and they took it back and gave me my sandwich and fries. When I asked about my drink they said I never ordered a meal or a drink, which I definitely did. So they charged me for the drink separately. I hate to leave feedback like this I have a a lot of people that read my reviews but I was very disappointed with this checkers and I love checkers ,but this one made me dislike it a little the food was cold my sandwich didn't have all the toppings who eat a cheeseburger with no cheese its called a cheeseburger for a reason then my sons apple pie wasn't in the bag so I had to hear his mouf all the way home and I live in Dc smh I wasn't driving back so I took that L but i will say the lady in the drive thru even though didn't... read more
Ya get what ya get. Foods decent.
The staff seem to have a knack of screwing up my orders. Just today I ordered two deep sea double sandwiches and a medium fries, the person on the comm said okay and asked me if I was interested in getting an apple pie for 99c, I said no thanks. Then when I picked up the order in the next window, the fries were missing and when I talked to the lady in person, she said she only heard I say the sandwiches and told me to have a nice day. My advice, always ask them to repeat your orders.
Victoria provided excellent and EXTREMELY fast service. Really appreciated the warm and welcoming smiles.
