Went there Aug 9th in the evening , i craved a checkers burger , its been a while , I was between 5 guys and Checkers, lady at the register barely understood or spoke English, waved me to her register and claimed she could not understand me?! She didn't have any Zero Cola, the "newer" onions fries were half burned, and the Bacon burger barly had bacon, hardly and fries, althpugh they were good through out ,extremly greasy burgers and wrapper! Very poor customer service. Whole staff is super rude and unprofessional!!
Ordered a half pound chicken bites box. The lady gave me two orders. Once asked for a refund i was told no. Called corporate office for my money back… looked in the bag the lady did not even give a receipt.
This is the second time I got nasty old wings here. I know now if they are ready when I get to the window they will be bad. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get my money back the first time. This time I’m just taking the loss. I used to come here a lot when my kids were young. It’s gone down hill.
