Went through the drive-thru for the first time and asked for a minute to look at the menu. The guy was very impatient and rude. I asked for Dr. Pepper instead of Mr. Pibb or whatever and he got even ruder for no reason. The final straw was when I ordered three meals and asked for ketchup and he only gave me 4 packets.
