I had an extremely disappointing experience at Checkers. The chicken I was served was not fully cooked, which is a serious food safety issue. To make matters worse, the fries appeared to have been dipped back into the fryer after already being prepared, leaving them overcooked and unappetizing. First time coming tonight and wasted 33$ If I would have known this was low grade food I would’ve saved money and went somewhere else. The food was terrible & way too greasy. The guy here tonight serving us had an attitude and from the very beginning the speaker was to low to even hear anything. Not coming back here anymore.
Ignored the reviews as I had never been to one before, but yah nah it ain't worth it even for the novelty. Employees are depressed, so definitely not being treated well. Just moved from Raleigh. Loved Checkers the first time I came over to see my new home. Great food fast service very organized. Second time, when im in Durham fully I swear to you I think from enter to exit it was less than 3 minutes. Amazing!
