My girlfriend loves the fries and I love the apple pies other than that the food is like the customer service "cold " and not up to par.
The Burger was overcooked and shyt. Do not purchase anything from doordash
I try to avoid going here, but every once in awhile my bf wants to give it another chance. The staff quite obviously HATE their job, which is understandable. But I had to drive back through the drive through twice today bc they left parts of our order out. Don't bother ever asking for them to leave out condiments, you can ask them twice and they'll still lather that crap on. I'd love to say they were just busy, but not another customer in sight. Edit: Got a call from I assume District Manager Amy who said they are trying to improve this location and offered to replace entire meal. Went back on Friday 3/7/25 & tld them tht my MIL was so disgusted with her fish sandwich that she wants nothing from Checkers anymore & wife wants nothing either so just asked them to give me the Double Bacon Philly & lrg fries & we can call it even.
