Very good Food as usual, and very fast service!
Was greeted by the manager, Charlene. So friendly and helpful with the food specials. Everything was hot and delicious.
This location has messed up me and my family's order countless times and the only reason I went back today was because it's closer to my house. I placed my order on the Checkers app (kept glitching although out the process) and the order finally went through after a few tries, however, when I got to the window, I was told they were out of EVERYTHING I ordered. The food was hot and good. Let's face it, it's fast food drive thru. So given the expectations, it was fairly decent. The prices are very competitive and reasonable. The specials are really where they shine. The food itself was hot and cooked right when I ordered it, not sitting under a heat lamps for hours. All the veggies seemed fresh, nothing was starting to rot or turn. Overall given that they are a fast food drive thru it really was decent and when I crave a hamburger this place will stay on my list.
Went to pick up an online order I made on the website and they told me they didn’t have what i ordered and when I asked if I would get a refund they told me they couldn’t refund me ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE and that I had to refund myself?! Do better.
