Food was hot and fresh. Our cashier was polite and professional.

We hadn't had Checkers in a while, so we just had to stop and get some on our Florida trip! We placed a huge order on June 28, 2026, and the young lady at the window did a fantastic job listening and accurately taking down everything. When our food came out, it was fresh, perfectly organized, and absolutely nothing was missing. Highly recommend this location for a great fast food experience!
Apparently, the left drive-through is only for online orders. There is no signage stating this, and when asked about it, the guy over the speaker said: “It's only online orders because I told you it was.” Rude and disrespectful, there was no need to speak like that to a paying customer. We decided to leave after this incident, fearing the workers would mess with our food given their behavior. There's always something at this location; it really needs to be investigated by their higher-ups or the owner.
