SIRIA is an outstanding Manager at Checkers. I had an issue with my late-night order where the overnight staff made some mistakes, but SIRIA handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and responsibility. SIRIA was very sweet, attentive, and patient, making sure the situation was resolved quickly and correctly. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers truly stand out, and she is a wonderful example of excellent leadership and customer service.
Right now the onion fries are so good, right along with the Philly cheese steak bites, except I go two with no filling...ugh. But they and the overall service is great.
