Still the best seasoned fries out there
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Went to this Checkers on a Monday night around 11pm with my family after a long day thinking we were going to grab a quick bite. NOT AT ALL. There was one car ahead of us in the drive thru and we ordered with no problem via the AI orderering screen. We waited in the drive thru for what had to be 30+ mins for the car in front of us to get their one bag of food and finally pulled up to the window. Red Flag #1. I don't like leaving 1 star reviews but...I ordered my food ahead of times, and had to wait over 30 minutes. I don't mind that, but the food was cold, I ordered two double cheese burgers, they gave single, I went back and showed them their mistake, and they were upset annoyed, I asked for the fired and a chicken sandwich (didn't touch it) to be remade as well as I want my family to eat together with hot food, they threw a fit, took the food threw it away and said "since you want your food fresh, the chicken will take 25 minu... read more
Extremely rude and bad service. Went 2 days agoc and they said they had no system. So i went back yesterday with a pick up order from uber, so i wouldnt have to deal with the system, and when i got there because it said ut was ready, the lady said they has “nothing for me” and thate “i dont know and dont care what you do” when i decided to ask her what i should do then. She proceeded to laugh with her co workers (all of this i heard through the drive through). Extremely bad service
