Tried to make an order and they said sorry we're not taking orders right now because the employee was to Lazy to take our order so he sent us away.
You guys do not know how to read a receipt on how things are to be made, and then when a customer calls you do not answer the phone to rectify the situation. It’s terrible customer service, please teach your workers to follow what people put on their order as their is severe food allergies etc that a customer could have
Place is trash if it blew up it’d be doing the world a favor
First off, this is my second time visiting this location. The first time, the service and food was ok. Decided to give this location another shot, and was very happy that I did! The customer service that I received from Kareena was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. She even made it her business to make sure my order was not only correct, but hot! Thank you Kareena for making my night. We need more people that care!
