The staff are always kind
Employees at this location are the nicest people I’ve come across in any checkers or Rally’s I’ve been to, my food was hot and fresh and they have an awesome personality. I would drive an hour just to eat at this location and would recommend it. Definitely going back, They deserve a raise.
Jass was extremely nice to my mom and me she went above and beyond with her customer service through the drive through. She help me while I was on ft with my mom to make sure I got the order just right, and thank to her it was amazing. Hope to have her next time I visit again.
(Posted 06/20/26) The Checkers in the Winter Garden, FL location is acceptable. It’s not bad but ain’t super good neither. My experience is the food is consistent, though the temperature can be a hit or miss sometimes. Every time I go, I find the service is always fast and friendly, and Jazz deserves a shoutout. She’s always smiling and respectful when I pull up. Plus, their prices beat most competitors.
I love going to Checkers when the manager Keisha Peterson is there I never have a problem with my food Keisha is the sweetest manger always has a beautiful smile and she greets you with a smile.
