The AI bot drive through makes wanting to go to the drive through unwanted. I understand it makes it easier on the workers but it decreases the time orders are taken. Half the time I'm having to repeat myself because the AI gets what I'm saying wrong. Having an actual person take the orders is going to make the drive through go smoother without any mistakes made. I don't see any other fast food chain doing this and there is reasons why.
