Its difficult to use mobile ordering and pick up thru passenger window, fries are the only good thing they have.
This is the 2nd time in a row I have had issues with my order from this particular location. Ordered food online thru the app 2 weeks ago and part of my order was missing. Ordered food last night thru the app again. Went to pick it up 15 minutes later and the young man at the window said the order had just come thru and the ticket didnt print. The AI ordering system is somehow uttering racial slurs when it detects a UK or EU accent. It's not very nice to me.
