I arrived to pickup my order at 2:50PM. I was told to please park and they’d bring my order to me. While I waited, other customers were told to do the same. They got their items brought to their cars and were able to leave. Some cars got their orders while in the line. Somewhere in the middle, a guy actually did approach my car and said he forgot to bring my order with him, then never came back. Someone needs to tell the old lady with the bad teeth that the way you speak to customers determines how they react to you. The whole "I'm going to need you..." being the very first thing she said to me when I pulled up to the windows did not make a great impression for me. Thankfully, there was a very kind young man giving me my order, his pleasant demeanor helped me not tell the snide lady about herself.
06/14/25 around 1130pm.... So the ai that took the order sucked and didn't put it in ..... The girl that took the order was very courteous and respectful ..... The only problem was when they brought my food I was in a hurry to get the food back to the hospital for my kids to eat and it was missing part of the order ......
