Picking up an order on this location and store for the first time not knowing there is a separate drive thru for delivery drivers. I was stuck on the reg drive thru for a good 10 minutes for the worker at the window to tell me that they cannot give me the order on this side of the window and that I have to go around into the other drive thru.. they way you are toyed around with your time as a driver and makes the customer who is waiting for the order wait even longer.
