The manager on duty on 10/2 @ 9pm has the worst costumer service I have ever seen. I have worked in food service for 20 years, an never would treat my employees or costumers the way she did. I will never be back.
Food? Wouldn't know. Service? Non-existant. Second time I've been to this store during my lunch break, and second time they haven't had my order at the window. Not "order wasnt ready", my order didn't exist. So after waiting at the window for 5 minutes for someone to show up, Noone even bothered to put the order in. Two wasted lunch breaks is enough. Avoid at all cost. Sheetz will at least prepare your order if you dont want mcdonalds
Ordered an online delivery and they forgot half my order I got 2 sandwiches and two fries but never received my 3 chicken nuggets nor my funnel cake fries, but gave me my fries for my chicken nugget meal
