You need to do away with the automated/robot ordering system at the drive thru. For multiple reasons. One it's very annoying, to the point I almost just drove off and went somewhere else. 2 other people did drive off because of it while I waited on my food. The other reason is it trains your employees to not interact with customers. Went through the drive tru as the app states to pickup a Doordash and the lady at the window REFUSED to give me the customers order. I was the only person in line. She said it wasn’t allowed at drive tru window and I stated to her that I done it the night before and that the app also tells you that. she still refused and demanded I go to the walk up window then proceeded to run away from the drive thru window and into the back door. Love this place the burgers are scrumptious and the people there was prompt and very team oriented with getting the orders out and the service was very satisfactory will recommend this to anyone they are the best come on in and get the best burgers around and prices love you all bless you all
