Perhaps the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The AI drive through process captured our simple order of cheeseburgers and fries wrong, so we clarified with a human at checkout who seemed to update the order. When we drove off, we realized 3 of the 4 burgers were incorrect, so we drove back, politely informed what we ordered, waited again, and were given incorrect burgers again. If I could give yall a zero I would
This is my favorite Checkers. The food is fresh and warm and the service is very good.
AI order taker, fries dumped all in the bottom of our bag, and served Kids Drinks, instead of the small 20 Oz as ordered and told that was right ... definitely will not ever be back to another Rally's or Checkers location if this is the new norm
