The automated order service does not work well. We ordered a regular loaded fries and got chicken and fries. We ordered two of the new glo-rilla meals with double cheeseburger, and we got just double cheeseburgers with fries and didn't get any apple pies and they charged us just for double cheeseburgers and fries for five something instead of $4 for the meal.
