It amazes me how I have to wait over 15 minutes at 3:30 on a Wednesday with no one in line for a burger and mozzarella sticks. This happens every time checkers used to be my favorite but the last three times I went. It’s the same thing no one‘s in line no one‘s behind me and I’m asked to park to the side and wait for my food for 15+ minutes
Gave me one of the worst food poisoning of my life
Its 1:50 pm I pulled up and ordered 2 burgers with the new AI system after 1 minute of the ai not responding I pulled up thinking the order was placed the cashier rudely asked why didnt I place the order and I expressed to her that I did and then she got mad and told me I didn't.... then proceeded with an attitude to take my order. I was really set back with the rude customer service. Never going back!!!
They were very quick for delivery order pickup and they were very inviting with their conversation we had. Great job!
