Pulled up to the drive through to pick up an online order and on the drive through screen it has a message saying to pull up to the windows for any online pick up, when I did the lady there was so rude and unprofessional telling me I should of waited by the speaker and never came to the window and when I told her about the message on the screen she said I don't care about it so maybe the restaurant should the message on the screen or hire a better people to handle it!
Went today and the sign out front said cheese double and fries for 3 dollars and they said that was yesterday's deal and wouldn't honor it. They were really rude aswell.

I have gone to this rallys four times now and every time I have gone they have not been able to get my order right once this is absolutely ridiculous I don't know if it's just your communication is bad on their end or if they just plain don't give a damn but this is ridiculous I will not be going back there four times I've gone up there and four times I've been disappointed the place looks like crap it's being held together with tape in certain spots staff needs to learn how to open up their ears and listen
