I just recently visited the store. Drive thru of course. The manager I spoke with did by have very good customer service skills. Icalled the following day to speak with the store manager. Needless to say the store manager was more difficult to talk to than the shift manager. We spend hard earned money at these restaurants to get quality food and service. The cashier was very sweet. She made sure my order was correct, hot and fresh. It did not take long to get my food.
The ladies here have been so sweet! It's my MIL (90 Yr old) & my 1st visit here... Bless these ladies... It's just the 2 of them doing everything & yet they brought our drinks out to us and then brought our food out when it was ready! We weren't expecting such great service, especially since they're running the whole show! Fries were excellent, as expected!
My Burger was cold n cheese was not melt n another worker had make another burger for me The Workers Wear scarf on they head some don't have no hair net. The lobby is dirty n also The Restroom too.Please if yall use The drive thru check your food to see if hot before leaving
Food was good. Service was good. The Lady's bathroom lock didn't work. There was no soap or hand tissue in the bathroom. Reported and they went to take care of the items right away. Hopefully they took care of the things.
