I REPEAT: Do not order on the app at this location! They do not do refunds because it’s a franchise. Long story short, I ordered cheesesteak bites and a sandwich. The girl nervously came over and said they only made the sandwich because they were out of the cheesesteak bites and told me to request a refund on the app. I tried, but there was no refund button and no way to process it. The food was great, the service was ok but the location was super small l. I don't understand why they don't expand the location as it seems they have the room.
