Food is good, service is almost non existent but I guess to be expected when you cannot speak to a real person when placing an order. They obviously have no goals to create a service experience other than it being purely transactional. There is no atmosphere as this is one of the restaurants that do not have any indoor seating. Plus the parking lot is so tattered and broken it begs to question if you are a drive thru heavy location, we should be able to drive through the parking lot without risking damage to tires, rims, etc... read more
I hate coming in this location. Every time you were in the lobby before at least 45minutes no matter what’s your ordering. They got people walking out of there all day while they only priority is the drive-through line. It don’t make sense.
the food is good and the deals make it cheap, that is, if they actually give you every part of the deal. have continually not gotten all of my online orders with no warnings, substitutions, or refunds which is frustrating. i wish the app would show what was in and out of stock at specific locations like with other fast food joints but that's not really a specific location issue, it's more of an app issue. my other complaints remain steadfast.
