I have eaten at Checkers/ Rally's locations from southern Florida, Kentucky and by far this location is the worst. I was trying to use my app through the drive through and was told ," We dont do apps or coupons". Is corporate aware of that? Then when I pulled around to the drive through window it has bars like a prison. The food was alright but service of esthetics were poorly executed.
I’ve been here twice for the gorilla meal deal and my orders have been fast, a great price, delicious and very filling.
The facility looks a little dull and rundown could use some very needed upkeep on the outside curb appeal
Originally received wrong order. Went back next day to get correct order and received fresh hot food. Just check your order before pulling off!
