Food TEMP was excellent, however my order was incorrect - charged for tomato//left off & added lettuce //requested none) and everything fried tastes scorched ( time to change the oil,please) The fries were little crunchies not actual fries. Drive thru cashier was extremely polite and courteous.
The Philly cheese steak things are so yummy
We ordered in the drive thru and when we got to the window and paid, the woman at the register proceeded to asked for our receipt back. She then handed us, half of our order, to which I had to ask for another receipt AND ask for 3/6 items we PAID for because they did not give us what we ordered. Never have I experienced anything like this, and I’ve worked in food service/ customer service for years. It was unprofessional, unorganized, chaotic, and on overall terrible experience.
