Came to pick up a mobile order, the lady at night completely ignored me, and then finally yelled out the window that she was cooking me after sifting here for 5 minutes. Took another 15 to get my food when the app said it was ready before I even arrived.
I had a very disappointing experience with an employee working the late-night shift on Saturday, (7/16) around 3:00 a.m. Her behavior toward customers was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. During my visit, she raised her voice at me three separate times, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Made me drive around to wait in the pick up line side after I waited in the order side. Waiting 30 mins in the pick up side. Do NOT go here for "Fast" food.
