Food from here was as expected but employees short/rude. Checkers got to the point now where they charge for anything extra including condiments. Never give napkins. Stood at walk-up window for 4-5 minutes just to get refill because they ignore you!

Such a great experience! Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly, but what really stood out was the customer service. The manager on duty was incredible—professional, friendly, and she could tell I was having a bad day and told me a funny story to make me laugh but not so funny for her. That was very nice of her to try to make me feel better. Managers like her make a huge difference!
Placed an online order, waited 30 mins and it never said it was ready, pickup time just kept moving up, went to the window and food had been ready, so it was cold when I got it.
