Burger too salty, fries greasy (fryer temp too low) inedible, too much ice in drinks (practically no liquid)
drove up at 230. the guy comes on the speaker and says they're closed. i said I thought you close at 3. he says no, not today. i said that's funny, your hours don't day "till 3 except the 4th Tuesday of each month or till 3 except on April 25th . they obviously already pretended to clean the grill and didn't want to do more work. if you're open till 3 that is supposed to mean you take customers till 3 then close and clean. not you close an hour early so you can leave at 3.
The sign on the side of the building clearly shows that it closes at 3am. At 2:40 i got told they wont serve me...monday night at 2:40am on april 27th 2026. Technically tuesday morning
Whoever in their infinite wisdom decided to change from the fresher, sesame seed bun to the dense super calorie saturated buns you have now? Also I noticed you shrank your "regular" burger patties, those are 1/10th lb, so thin you could cut something with it. Pathetic what you've done to your chain, I hadn't gone to one since you changed your recipe, will never go back again now. Garbage food that's not worth what you're asking.
Was happy until the bag busted open and 30 dollars of food fell all over the dirt road I live on...
