Food quality was pretty good, but they hit you with full AI when you come up to order. Then when I got to the window, the guy asked me what I ordered, then reentered it and it had nothing to do with the order I placed through the AI so that was all wasted time. When the order was completed, he grabbed it then he didn't bring it to me. He ignored me for the rest of the interaction and instead just made a "pssst psst psst" like he was calling his cat, until his female coworker came over, grabbed it from him and gave it to me. ... read more
The only thing preventing this from being a 1-star review was the food was at least decent. However, I ordered a vanilla milkshake through the app (because all of the other flavors were out of stock it said), and when I went to pick up my order, the attendant at the drive thru said they had no more milkshakes. After declining to have the milkshake substituted for another beverage, I asked for a refund.
