My family have been big Checkers fans for years and have been to many central Florida locations. The service here is so slow. We waited in the parking lot for 15 past the the original estimated pickup time. The app kept adding one minute to the ready time for every minute that passed. Finally we went to the window. Rude and disrespectful! Would not take my order! Pulled up to menu at drive through. Trying to see menu. Attending asked to pull to window. I asked if there was a menu by window. She said no. I said I needed to see menu first. After deciding on what I wanted, I called out to the menu box and attending once again said pull to window . Started to give order and attendant said I was rude and did not want to take order.
