This is why THIS regular customer will not be going back: Young lady at the window was real quick to take my money but after 20 mins of waiting, we get our food. Made a short and simple comment about it being a little slow (which is be a little more understanding if there were less than the 10 on staff at the time. Yes it is kid friendly although I don't think they have a kids meal. Once or twice a month is when we dine here. any type of burger or wing with there delicious fries and strawberry or vanilla milkshake is my favorite thing to order because it is delicious.

First time back as a customer in a few years and everything is still great. Food, service and even employees were fast, friendly, and very on target with taking orders
This is Checkers in Cleveland Tennessee were real proud of it . They store food products in the bathrooms and the bathrooms are active to the public. This was filmed two days ago around 4-22-16 . This crap is nasty. They should rent a portable building to store food products. This crap is nasty. This crap must be stopped. You can't just make this crap up. Employees are incompetent and at times can be rather rude. When they do get my order right, though, the food is good.
This was our first time at Checkers. Don't waste your money. Burgers were nasty and staff was rude. We will not be going back. McDonalds is better and Five Guys is best for fresh burgers in a fast food restaurant.
