Came to this location got the wrong food and called spoke to an employee and was told to come back and they would replace it then when I came back to location they said they didn’t have it in the books so I came all the way back there for nothing. Didn’t try to replace as stated. Horrible customer service
The food at Checkers was actually really good, but unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the experience. The young lady working the Sunday day shift never even made eye contact with me and acted like helping customers was a bother. A friendly attitude goes a long way, and this experience definitely made me not want to return. Especially when there’s a Whataburger right down the road with much better customer service.
