The last two times I've been to this place I was unable to order at the walk-up despite the drive-thru being empty. They were rude and asked me to wait to order while doing nothing inside. I used to like this place and now it's the bane of my existence and a waste of my time. Service one star. Food unknown... Since I can't seem to get an order in anymore. Atmosphere one star. Always Good Food Fresh and Good Service As Well
They refused to refund items they wouldn't give me or exchange/substitute out for something of equal value. I tried to figure out a solution, but they were rude and ignored me, refusing to even turn or look at me. This was after several minutes of waiting at the window, while it was dead, to even be talked to. I can understand being out of something or being a bit slow, but this was literally ignoring me, hoping I'd go away instead of actually dealing with the issue.
