Won't ever be going to this location again. About a month ago, I had a bad experience where they gave me the complete wrong order. The store never reached out to try and correct it even though I reported the issue through their online system. Guest Resolution ended up giving me a $10 coupon. When I tried to use this coupon tonight, I was told by the cashier that their QR Code scanner was not working and that the coupon didn't show up under my phone number so there was nothing they could do. We ordered some fish sandwiches, but it didn't come with as much tartar sauce as we had asked.... we went back and the manager Carolina very graciously took care of us and gave us a fresh one with extra tartar sauce... when you think of great service, that's the type customer care that you look for and want... great job and a big thumbs up to this crew and manager!! We will be back...
Ordered online, five minute pick up window. I get there right on time, and then proceeded to sit in the designated mobile order drive thru lane. Sat there for almost thirty minutes, while the regular drive thru lane was moving. Being frustrated with the wait I decided to walk up to the front. My food was sitting on the counter the whole time, food was cold and nasty.
The service at this location is awful! The manager on shift is weirdly rude and impatient with no sense of good customer service! Last week my family and I stopped by to eat out and we were missing a couple of items in our bag when we got home. I called the store phone no one seems to answer. I guess it was my mistake trying to give this place another chance
The most disgusting burgers I've ever had. Warm, soggy lettuce, cold patties, soggy bun! After making you wait 20 minutes on 2 burgers you would think they would be fresh!
