This is a nice resturant located in front of a small shopping mall. There is plenty of free parking. The drive thru has 2 sides. There is no inside seating at Checkers resturants. The employee's are friendly and the restaurant outside area is very clean. The food is fresh and the food is served in a timely manner.
If I could give a 0 I would. Food was undercooked and ignored us when we walked up. Looked as if they were not even paying attention. I’m currently in my car, and have been waiting for 20 minutes for my re make.
Waited in parking lot first time to get food for about 10 minutes. Burgers were undercooked. They offered to replace food. Second time waited over 15 minutes. Not the best on customer service skills even though the problem was corrected. However, definitely not a “fast food”. Went to the window and asked where food was and he said he’s just now about to work on it. Third time waited about another 15 minutes.
