I took my family to this Laurel Checkers location on this beautiful summer day and enjoyed a great meal outside. The unbeatably friendly customer service experience provided by Mr. Ward (manager) and his terrific staff that runs this Checkers combined with the clean sitting environment outside on a fair weathered day made this meal a home run for the family. Keep up the good work Mr. Ward!
Cashier was angry because I did what he told me to do and to pull up to the line and he came out with my food and was angry for a reason that I do not know and told me “You stop when I tell you to stop”. I didn’t know what I did wrong. That was my first time eating there and I will not be coming back. Food was good, but yall’s staff are horrible
There's nothing particular wrong with Checkers. They're just not my bag. There's a reason I don't go here. The checker burgers are just sub-par when compared to other places I've been. I don't know if the patties are too small or the buns are just too big, but the taste just boils down to mediocre for me. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, but that's just about it. I ordered food at 11:40pm, sad in line for 10 minutes drunk my whole drink I asked for a re fill they denied me, then I tried to purchase another small drink which the cashier told me it would be $4 , if that was the case I could order a meal deal they are just lazy and need to be fired night shift always slacks off and get paid more it’s so annoying
