I walk up to the walk-up window, and the workers are hiding just out of sight watching me stand there. When I saw one of them, they seemed to think it was some type of funny game. What are you hiding for? The drive thru was not even busy. Then, it turned into rocket science to place my order using my rewards account. The scanner evidently doesn't work. Just had a screaming match with the manager on duty while trying to add ice cream cones to my order she kept yelling “what!?” I felt very disrespected. I will never be back to this location.
