Horrible customer service. Doesn’t greet you, always on phones, will ignore you walking up to order. Fire them all & try again with different employees! Also waited 15 minutes for HARD fries & still had to wait.
So, yes, I went late at night, but there wa don late night discount for how wtt g they got my order or how confusing they drive through system was. Why have someone pull through the right drive-thru just to order & pick up a drink. Then to have to exit then pull thru the left drive-thru ( I was alone btw) to wait in a fairly long line to have what was supposed to be my order thrown thru the window.
