they forgot out fries and then when we called to complain they just didnt answer the phone
I visited at 1:30 am which I understand is close to closing, however... I do not believe it gives the workers the right to rush me through my order or be rude when I'm asking about the difference between sandwiches offered. I ordered my son a chicken bite box with ranch, didn't receive the ranch. I also ordered a #5 which is the cheese champ combo with no onion. ordered 2 deep sea dbls no lettuce, large dt coke, 4 apple pies. Got 2 deep sea dbls with more lettuce than tartar sauce, and a cherry coke. Sammie's for the ticked off hubby and drink for diabetic me. Good job getting the number of pies right
Manager Peggy is very rude,refused to provide me her name so that I could contact corporate on her behavior.Slammed walkup window in my face twice all over some 🍟 fries that wasn’t in my bag .
