Here on vacation..stopped by for lunch. They said Cash only transactions, couldn't under their own menu. missing chicken bite box. Lady with lime green Mohawk came to window, but she was on the phone so we waited. Then was accused of lying about the $4 bite box. If my daughter wasn't hungry right now, we would've returned this whole mess.Horrible customer service.oh and the are "low on ketchup" so can't give customers any ketchup packets. WOW
I have reached out multiple time to get a refund on an order I didn’t place. I was told once no refunds with out a receipt! My question is how do I produce a receipt for an order I didn’t place. I showed that I had been charged for multiple different orders. I was told the GM would reach out! Crickets
Was cursed out by the " manager " working the drive thru because I asked for a drink holder for my drinks. she said her name was dyquisha but she smirked so I doubt that was her real name.

RecommendedWe just went to checkers at 9:45 at night. Kenneth and his team were wonderful! We had a giant order with a bunch of modifications that they got 100% right that we had to go back for dessert. Best experience ever!

RecommendedHonestly... The greatest take away I've had in Florida. BBQ Roadhouse Burger for the WIN! Also, the chips are unreal... Need to go there one last time before I leave.
