I had an excellent experience with Checker Limo, thanks to Nasur (Car 251). He was professional, prompt, and incredibly courteous from start to finish. Nasur made the ride enjoyable with his engaging personality while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and his driving was smooth and safe throughout.
Our driver yesterday was great (5 stars for him) and we gave a big $10 cash tip, but then I also got charged an unauthorized additional tip on their app!!!!!!! This is despite me setting my app account to "zero tip" so that I can always CHOOSE whether to tip the driver or not based on the service provided. I can't believe they stole my money like this. Used checker for our drive to the airport and our return home for the london airport. I booked them using their application. It was easy. The drivers were on time, professional and accommodating. Would absolutely use them again. Ps... their price was competive to Uber
Ignorant dispatch . I work for a bar and l the customers ask me to call a cab a lot. So I called a cab for a customer last week. And this week I call and I’m banned lol the dispatch hangs up. Never been so offended. I will use another cab company. When I called from another number the rude dispatch, probably owner told me to never call again lol. I will be referring other customers. Beware hidden tip! Booked for airport at flat rate. The bill was a bit higher but I assumed tax. On the detailed invoice (sent after the ride is over) it showed a 15% gratuity. And i had already tipped. No mention of this anywhere. Driver was doing 125 km/hour on Veterans in icy conditions. Car was old, transmission slipping. Used Lyft last time: way better, way cheaper by nearly half.
