Was the "best" service from the first time I got hung up on after waiting on hold... look elsewhere.. they charger more and make you wait on hold when a car is apparently 5 minutes away... rather just walk or drive from to club.. sad for the best looking taxis... cuz your not a limo to me or my family anymore just another ride share.. I've used them for years never have I had service so poor!!
This morning 4:30am taxi 88 is driving on my butt in a construction zone. When leaving the construction zone he raced past me and an Amazon truck… only to meet up at the light of veterans and Oxford. Grow up kid.
We always use checker. I love that a human is always available to answer our calls. The app is great! We have received superior service for the over 20 years we’ve used this company.
We Booked a ride a month before our wedding day, they called us a day before our wedding and told us they were quadrupling the price of the ride they quoted us. They said we “shouldn’t believe prices that are too good to be true” - referring to the price they gave us in their app. Poorly managed and run business. Left us to figure out a different ride a day before our wedding. Did nothing to help, extremely unprofessional
About a month or so ago I witnessed a checker driver hit a goose while driving at a high speed at spring bank park. When I called to report the problem they did not take it very seriously at all over the phone. And I’ve been waiting over a month for a followup for the report. This is not the people you should trust to get you around
