We Booked a ride a month before our wedding day, they called us a day before our wedding and told us they were quadrupling the price of the ride they quoted us. They said we “shouldn’t believe prices that are too good to be true” - referring to the price they gave us in their app. Poorly managed and run business. Left us to figure out a different ride a day before our wedding. Did nothing to help, extremely unprofessional
About a month or so ago I witnessed a checker driver hit a goose while driving at a high speed at spring bank park. When I called to report the problem they did not take it very seriously at all over the phone. And I’ve been waiting over a month for a followup for the report. This is not the people you should trust to get you around
Drivers are not good and the call service is even worse. Don't take complaints or SAFETY seriously in the slightest. I wouldn't use this company again.
