They come through every time, picking me up at a dropped pin in the middle of the forest 5 miles in on a 2 track....great job!
Didn't even have to use them. They wanted prepayment for ride the hadn't even been picked up yet. So at that point I just turned around and said no. Thank you. I don't give my card info over the phone. To someone I don't know or trust. I've never used these folks but I won't bother calling them again. I can understand why they get the. Reviews that they've gotten.
For being the the only cab company in town (that I know of) these people are great for what it is. They’re on time, no crazy driving, I have probably used them 15+ times
Wow......terrible reviews and I intend to leave a good one, 240 bucks from Marquette to L`anse ouch checker thats a plane ticket and literally 4 dollars a mile. My driver was wonderful and got me there safe and sound just completely over priced, leaving 5 stars because I never leave 1, I think you can do better checker
Operator is terribly rude, cant answer simple questions that were asked in a straightforward manner. Then gets mad when I ask for clarification. He couldn't be more bothered, Perhaps a dose of professionalism would do this place a lot of good
