rates are always the same, drivers are safe and permitted with the city of Asheville
J&J is amazing. Not one time has a driver tried to take advantage of me or cheated me. The prices are fair for the service and I like having the piece of mind knowing I am covered and they are legit.
They are so rad! Amanda’s voice on the phone brought warmth back to my heart after being involved in violence and i got home safely with an immediate friend and i do believe that’s the only reason i was able to sleep. thank y’all so very much 14/10 stars
Friendly drivers always get me where I need to go efficiently!
Terrible. Very rude dispatcher. Stated no cabs available and refused to take my info and dispatch a cab when one became available. Also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Submitted complaint to BBB.
Absolutely horrible service. Do not recommend them.
