My family and I have been ordering checkerboard since I was a child. I’m 24, I’m use to how sandwiches and pizza look here but from what it seems you shouldn’t have to be a loyal customer to know how checkerboard looks. I ordered a sandwich that literally had two pieces of meat, one on each side I’ve never been so disappointed. Might be the best pizza place in Midway. Not much for dine in, but it's possible. Mostly a delivery/take out place with friendly owners and staff. They do have mini donuts. I haven't tried the bacon.
Finally,I found some delicious tasting pizza in Saint Paul, Mn. It's really great, I have tried just about every pizza place. Best for take out or drive thru. They offer limited seating indoors, but perhaps could improve upon request if a large party is taking place. Friendly staff. Pretty fast service for getting great tasting pizza.
