Longwait Took longer than I expected to complete my transaction. The amount of the finance charge is $9 for every $50 you borrow. Also, you have to give them multiple checks to cover all the amount borrowed instead of just writing one. In other words, if you borrow $550..your finance charge is $99. You have to write them a 2 checks for $216 and 1 for $217. They say it is so they can at least get some of their money back if there isn't enough money in your account.
Mike at Lapeer location was more concerned with talking about law policies. Then helping me to get what he needed from me. I told him I have successfully done loans on line with Check n go. I have never been to the store. So instead of welcoming me and helping me. I walked out and this location lost me business!! I would not walk into this store. Go somewhere else where an employee treats you nicely, not cold and rudely.
